Bacon Swiss Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2/3 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    4 tsp. mustard
    5 slices processed swiss cheese
    5 bacon strips
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1 inch slices, leave attached at bottom. Combine butter, onions and mustard, spread on both sides of each slice. Cut each cheese slice diagonally into 4 pieces and place between slices of bread. Cut bacon in half width wise. Drape a piece over each bread slice.
