Lemon Cordial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large lemons
    1800 ml (3 pt.) boiling water
    2 kg sugar
    3 oz. citric acid
    1 oz. tartaric acid
    1 oz. epsom salts
Preparation
    Add sugar to glass or plastic bowl.
    Put in lemon juice, grated rind of lemon, acids and epsom salts.
    Pour on boiling water; stir to melt sugar.
    Leave for 12 hours, then bottle, sealing bottles tightly.
    Makes approximately 4 bottles.
    To serve, add water for a refreshing drink.
