Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 qt. cooked squash
1 small to medium onion, chopped and sauteed in margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 lb. crushed saltines
1 block margarine, cut up
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients in a 12 x 14-inch pan. Cut squash fine and add to mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
