Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 1/2 c. whole, peeled tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    water as needed
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
    3 cloves
    1/2 stick cinnamon
    a few dash of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    2 pkg. Sazon Goya seasoning (with cilantro and achiote)*
