Strawberry Pretzel Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially defrosted
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 c. coarse, crushed pretzels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 small container whipped topping
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water.
Add berries and set aside to cool.
Do not refrigerate.
Cream 3 tablespoons sugar with margarine; add pretzels.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0; cool.
Blend cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Add whipped topping.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and let firm up in refrigerator.
When cream cheese mixture firms, top with strawberry mix and refrigerate overnight.
