Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked
1 Tbsp. oleo
3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese
salt, pepper and onion to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put cottage cheese in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs and stir; add broccoli.
Sprinkle cornstarch on top and mix well.
Add oleo and stir in half of the cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and onion.
Put in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 1 hour.
