Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2 egg whites
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together flour, margarine and sugar; add juice, egg yolks and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in last. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at

for

minutes or until knife comes out clean and the top is crusty looking.
