Sour Cream Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    34 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil chicken for 20 minutes.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Arrange in a 3-quart oblong baking dish.
    Mix sour cream and soups.
    Pour over the chicken.
    Mix poppy seed and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over the top.
    Drizzle the margarine over all.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
