Goulash(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 pkg. broth seasoning (I use beef bouillon)
    3 oz. or 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 large can whole tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is done and tomatoes thickened.
