Fried Rice Luncheon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, scrambled
    1 rib diced celery
    leftover ham (or other meat), diced into squares
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Stir-fry in oil the egg, celery and diced meat.
    Add bean sprouts.
    Serve over prepared rice with soy sauce to taste. Serves 4.
