Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw Gulf shrimp
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Peel and clean shrimp.
    Saute shrimp and onion in oleo for 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender.
    Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes, not allowing mixture to boil.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
