Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. sea scallops, quartered
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, ground up
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients and stir.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
