Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sour cream
paprika

Preparation

Stir butter into hot potatoes. Whip cream cheese with sour cream until it is smooth. Stir this into mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper. Spoon into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
