Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Blend ingredients together with 1/2 cup cold water in heavy saucepan and add 2 cups boiling water.
Stir and cook until thick and bubbly.
Cool and pour into large baked pie shell.
