Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 c. instant rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Grease casserole with butter or margarine.
    Add defrosted broccoli.
    Top with 1 cup rice.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Pour on top of rice.
    Add milk and water mixture.
    Top with sliced or shredded cheese.
    Pour soup over all.
    Top with bread crumbs and a little butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
