Cranberry Walnut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. coarsely broken English walnuts, toasted
1 c. orange marmalade
juice of 1 lime or lemon
Preparation

Wash cranberries and drain.
In shallow pan, stir cranberries with sugar.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Spread walnuts in separate pan.
Toast in oven until light golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Stir together baked cranberries, walnuts, marmalade and juice until well mixed.
Chill.
