Chopped Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten well
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. oil
3 c. chopped apples (do not peel)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, butter, oil and vanilla and beat well. Stir in chopped apples, flour, nuts, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes for tube pan. May also be baked in pint wide mouth jars or any size loaf pans. Adjust time for other containers but keep temperature the same. If using jars, wipe rim and place lids on as soon as you take them out of the oven.
