Ingredients

6 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cottage cheese
dash of salt
Preparation

Blenderize all ingredients for 1 minute.
Pour or spoon onto heated griddle.
Turn once.
Serve with powdered sugar or your favorite fruit topping.
Makes 20 small (6-inch) pancakes.
