Cheddar-Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep pie shell
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and nutmeg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Toss the cheese with the flour.
    Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour this into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
