Cheese-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta or American cheese, cubed
handful chopped parsley
3 slices bread, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can red pimento (optional)
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Cook potatoes (unpeeled) and cool.
Skin and dice.
Pour melted oleo over potatoes.
Mix in other ingredients.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Mix occasionally and add more milk if needed.
