Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. catsup
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Mix cornstarch together with juice in pan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir over medium heat until thick.
Add more liquid, if necessary to thin or more cornstarch to thicken.
May be made ahead and frozen.
