Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    16 crackers, rolled very fine with rolling pin or put in food processor
    1/4 c. soy milk
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in ovenproof bowl.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
