Cold Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium biscuits
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
raisins (optional)
coconut (optional)
flavoring (any kind; optional)
Preparation

Break cold biscuits in pieces and place in mixing bowl with sugar, milk and melted butter.
Add the flavoring of your choice. Be sure bread is real soft.
Place in baking dish or skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with sauce if desired.
