Sante Fe Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium size, fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. canned, diced green chilies
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove center portions.
    Mix Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onions, parsley and chilies together.
    Stuff mixture into center of each mushrooms.
    Melt butter with garlic and brush onto mushroom caps.
    Sprinkle each mushroom with Parmesan cheese and broil until bubbly.
    Serves 8.
