Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 c. coarse bread crumbs (about 6 slices bread)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat milk to scalding and pour over bread crumbs. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Pour in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole (will be very watery). Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (until knife comes out clean; will be puffy and will sink in center as it cools).
