Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can evaporated milk
65 caramels
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Melt caramels in 1/2 cup evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Set aside.
