Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skin; cool, peel and shred.
    In saucepan over low heat melt cheese with margarine.
    Stir until melted. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature.
    Combine cheese mixture, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Fold into potatoes. Put into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
