Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 small can creamed corn
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 soup cans water
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. vermicelli (uncooked), broken in pieces
Preparation

Saute meat, onion and garlic in butter.
Add mushrooms, corn and soup with water.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add vermicelli.
Cover.
Start at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then turn to 200\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
Recipe can be doubled for larger casserole.
