Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 pepper (red or yellow)
    1 small onion
    1/3 c. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. chuck cheese (favorite kind)
    1 large spoon mayo
Preparation
    Boil macaroni to directions.
    Drain.
    Put in a bowl hot.
    Add cheese and veggies, chopped to bite-size.
    Add spices and mayo. Chill and serve.
