Strawberry Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Partially thaw frozen strawberries.
    Reserve a few for garnish.
    Blend in sour cream and sugar.
    Place in 9-inch pie pan or 1-quart mold.
    Partially freeze. Remove from freezer.
    Beat until smooth.
    Return to freezer until ready to serve.
    Cut into squares.
    Add whipped cream and a berry.
