Pumpkin Bread(Serves A Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. canned pumpkin (regular can)
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend salad oil and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add pumpkin. Add dry
    ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool bread in pan. Stays
    moist for a long time.
    Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
