Crab Apple Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 large Spanish onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. sea salt
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. curry
1 c. applesauce
2 cans tomato paste
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) jar peppers and green chilies (Old El Paso)
Preparation

In large saucepan brown beef, pork and add Worcestershire sauce.
Drain fat and simmer.
In separate pan combine all other ingredients, then add meat mixture and simmer for 1 hour.
One large can of kidney beans is optional.
