Chopped Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put the sliced apples in a large bowl.
Break eggs over them and stir with fork.
Blend together the sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Stir over apple mixture.
Stir well.
Add the oil, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Stir well and bake in an 8 x 12-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This makes a nice moist cake and does not have to be frosted.
