Creamy Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms (white)
    1 can Carnation milk
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of garlic powder
    salt and white pepper
Preparation
    Wash and slice mushrooms; set aside.
    Melt butter over low heat, then add mushrooms, sauteing them until they are slightly brown.
    Add flour; stir as you add, then slowly pour in canned milk.
    Stir until you get the consistency you like.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Makes a great sauce over veggies, pasta, chicken or fish.
