Marie'S Surprise Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 egg
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5-inch pan.
Combine meat mixture ingredients together.
Press half of mixture in pan.
