Chicken And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sized potatoes
    4 large carrots
    5 1/2 oz. spinach (frozen or canned)
    10 1/2 oz. chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 oz. cheese
    1 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut peeled potatoes and carrots into small, mouth-sized pieces.
    Cook in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes.
    Prepare spinach according to package instructions.
    Cut chicken breasts in pieces and fry in pan with salt and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients in an 8 x 12-inch (approximately) glass casserole dish.
    Melt cheese in hot milk and season with pepper.
    Pour on top of casserole.
    Place in oven preheated to 400\u00b0 and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
