Carrot Coins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut crosswise
    1 chopped onion
    3 celery ribs
    1 green pepper
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook the carrots in salted water. Add the onion, celery and green pepper. Bring to a boil the soup, oil, dry mustard, vinegar, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over vegetables.
