Domingo Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

    1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2/3 c. sour cream
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sifted cake flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    14 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
