Fannie'S Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. sliced rhubarb
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, butter and eggs.
Beat until well mixed and smooth.
Pour over rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
Top with full crust or lattice crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
