German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add eggs, coffee, oil and vanilla, beating well.
Add soda to buttermilk; stir well and add to the batter.
For a layer cake, bake in two round pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
