Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

23 Ritz crackers, broken into small pieces
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar and continue beating until well mixed.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Bake in well-greased deep pie plate for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool thoroughly.
This can be made the day before.
If made the same day, ample time must be allowed for proper cooling.
