Scotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. cold water
    2 cans any kind of fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients as you would for pie crust.
    Divide dough in half; roll out dough and place in cookie sheet.
    Put pie filling on top of dough, then cover with remaining pie crust. Poke with fork.
    For best results, use smaller size cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
