Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except 2/3 cup salad oil, in blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed for 5 seconds. Remove cover insert. Quickly pour 2/3 cup oil in center of egg mixture in a steady stream while blending at medium speed.
    Blend until mixture is thick and smooth.
    Yields approximately 1 1/4 cups.
