Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. pork spareribs
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 (8 oz.) glasses water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all (except ribs) and pour over ribs in pan.
Place in oven over
low
heat at 300\u00b0 to bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally and turn.
Then broil to brown, turning and basting, for about 10 minutes each side.
