Pigs In The Blanket Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head green cabbage
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Grease the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Cut cabbage.
    Brown meat with onion; drain excess fat.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rice.
    Layer 1/2 cabbage, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cabbage and 1/2 meat mixture in dish.
    Mix tomato soup with water in separate bowl.
    Pour over top of casserole.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
