Ranch-Style Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. crushed soda crackers
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) can peach halves, drained and thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Add sugar very gradually, beating until stiff.
Fold in crackers, pecans, vanilla and peaches.
Spread over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Reserve several peach slices for garnish.
Alternate layers of whipped topping and peaches on cooled crust, ending with topping.
Chill until serving time.
