Italian Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 (3 lb.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 small (4 oz.) container heavy cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; add in cooked rice.
    Bake in a deep greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
