Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked squash, drained
1 carton sour cream
1 c. margarine
12 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 large onion
3 carrots, grated
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with 1/2 of stuffing mix.
Mix all other ingredients together.
Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and the other ingredients together.
Put into greased casserole dish.
Put remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
