Jelly Bismarks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    3 egg yolks
    3 3/4 c. flour
    raspberry, strawberry, currant jam or jelly
Preparation
    Heat milk in a small saucepan, until bubbles form around edge of pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugar, salt and butter, stir to melt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.
    Stir yeast until dissolved.
    Add milk mixture, egg yolks and 2 cups flour with electric mixer at medium speed.
    Beat until smooth, approximately 2 minutes with a spoon, stir in remaining flour, beating again until smooth.
    Dough will be very soft.
