Apple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 medium sliced apples
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg white, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oleo
    2 beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in butter until crumbs are size of peas.
    Stir in egg yolks.
    Divide mixture in half.
    Press half over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine apples and remaining sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Arrange over crust.
    Crumble remaining dough over apples and brush egg whites over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
